REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our clients are provided with a comprehensive itinerary outlining all the unique destinations and exciting activities planned, ensuring they are well-informed of what lies ahead. We pledge to deliver all the agreed-upon safari services, unless exceptional scenarios arise, like road blockages, inclement weather, unexpected troubles, or safety concerns. In such situations, the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, keeping the clients in the loop and providing alternate arrangements as conditions allow.

As our service region is Tanzania, clients should understand that conditions here differ from developed countries. Given the susceptibility to sudden changes in local taxes and fees regulated by the government, like national park fees and taxes, we at Tanzania Timeless Safaris are entitled to transfer these unpredictable local charges to our customers. Despite these challenges, we promise to make every reasonable effort to maintain the quality and essence of the itinerary.

As a premier travel service, we prioritize making our payment options as secure and straightforward as possible for our customers. We have streamlined our process to accept trip payments through Bank wire transfers and through a reliable third-party payment platform, PesaPal. This approach gives our clients the comfort and ease of making payments from anywhere in the world. By using these methods, we ensure a hassle-free transaction that complements our premium travel services. Our commitment to catering to a global clientele underscores our dedication to flexibility, reliability, and integrity in our financial transactions. Rest assured, your travel journey begins with a secure, user-friendly payment experience with us.

If you find the need to cancel your reservation with Tanzania Timeless Safaris, entirely or partially, we must inform you that cancellation fees will be applied as outlined in the following clause.

• A cancellation made 60 or more days before departure: Deposit non-refundable(With a well-stated reason, We will write you a credit note for your future trips with us).
• For cancellations made between 45 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
• If the cancellation occurs 0 to 45 days before departure: 100% of the itinerary cost.

If post-booking, you desire to modify your itinerary or you wish to set an earlier departure date, we at Tanzania Timeless Safaris work our utmost to fulfill your requests, subject to availability. Note, that an extra charge of 100$ is applied to accommodate these changes. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a smooth and accommodating reservation process in line with our commitment to credible and high-quality safari experiences.
