Enkutoto Migration Camp – In the Path of the Great Migration
Enkutoto Migration Camp is set in the heart of the Serengeti, following the dramatic route of the Great Wildebeest Migration. From June to October, the camp is positioned in Kogatende, while from November to March, it moves to Ndutu. As a result, guests are always placed close to the most spectacular wildlife moments.
A total of 19 safari tents are available, including 4 family tents and one honeymoon tent. Each tent is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by open plains. Comfort and simplicity are carefully balanced to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
Moreover, evenings at the camp are always special. Before dinner, sundowners are served at the bar as guests share stories about the day’s sightings. Dinner is enjoyed outdoors beneath the stars or inside the elegant dining tent. Each meal is freshly prepared, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
In addition, the camp’s small size ensures a quiet and personal experience. Wildlife can often be heard at night, and the sunrise brings the sounds and colors of the savannah to life. The staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail make every stay smooth and comfortable.
Furthermore, the camp’s seasonal movement keeps guests close to key migration events — from river crossings in Kogatende to calving season in Ndutu. Therefore, every visit offers a new perspective on this incredible natural spectacle.
At Enkutoto Migration Camp, the rhythm of nature unfolds before your eyes. Each day feels different, and every moment connects you deeply to the wild beauty of Tanzania.
